[Hayley laughs, she doesn't mean to and it's not anything over zealous - it's more of an amused sound.]

Vi, you're not the first girl to think that. Do you think that I wanted my one-night stand with a half vampire, half werewolf to end up with a baby? When they found out, witches wanted to either use me for leverage or kill me to teach him a lesson. I was a prisoner for the first three months of my pregnancy because Klaus didn't trust anyone with the knowledge that I was having his child.

[ why you gotta be so logical and make sense???? GOD HAYLEY. it only makes sense to vi from this perspective, it's only comforting to her, because hayley is the only person she knows (besides, like, anastacia, but she was happily married and had a partner when her kids were born) that has a child. but reassurances from hayley, who has apparently seen some shit in her pregnancy, WOW, are actually breaking through her fear and reassuring her. ]

[Hayley isn't going to comment on the witches remark. She does have strong feelings against them, but her daughter is part witch... she's just a regular melting pot for the supernatural in an adorable baby, so it makes it hard to group them all together. Plus, Davina is actually a witch she likes.]
